Doctor Thomas Dawson graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch in 1974. An avid supporter of education, Doctor Dawson immediately saw the need to further his education. He quickly completed 500 hours of continuing education to become a Fellow in the Academy of General Education. He was a frequent student at the L.D. Pankey Institute – a non-profit graduate education program for dentists worldwide. After completing the Continuum he was asked to return as an instructor and served in almost every position in the organization for a number of years.
Upon graduating from The University of Texas, he established a general practice in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. In 1997, he was awarded the rare Master Practitioner Award from The University of Texas Dental Branch. After more than 30 years of general dentistry, Doctor Dawson sold his successful practice to begin his retirement. It wasn’t long before he realized that he wanted to continue doing what he loved, so Doctor Dawson opened a new, high-end dental practice in Mansfield, TX. His practice is now limited to restoring complex cases only. Doctor Dawson’s leading expertise in Restorative Dentistry has helped develop unique strategies that provide high quality and long-lasting results for his patients.
