COLOR 43

In 8th grade I was asked, as a candidate for the class president, what I truly hated. My response was “orange and pink together”. I have always been drawn to color.
After graduating from college I worked at McLean Mental hospital and learned how powerful color can be to damaged psyches. I taught ceramics at Northfield-Mt. Herman prep school where learned about the chemistry of color pigments when subjected to high temperatures. I taught art at public and private schools for about 20 years but I was always intrigued with color and how it works.
