WATER'S EDGE PSYCHOTHERAPY AND WELLNESS CENTER
Water’s Edge distinguishes itself from other psychotherapy practices by its depth of experience – Aida and Linda each have an average of 25 years in the field – and their shared treatment philosophy. They believe in the health and wisdom of their clients, the importance of the mind/body connection and the healing power of strong interpersonal support. They collaborate with their clients to address their specific goals for therapy and are comfortable working with families and couples as well as individuals. If requested, Aida and Linda can team up within the practice to provide both individual therapy and couples/family work. Clients often find this level of collaboration helpful when there are relationship problems. They also offer groups to increase support during difficult times and currently have two ongoing women’s therapy groups and a DBT skills group as an adjunct to the other types of therapy they provide.
