Vision Builders
Vision Builders is a locally owned and operated construction company founded in 2006 on the central Oregon coast. Starting a business as the housing market was beginning its collapse made it necessary for Vision Builders to diversify into every aspect of construction. We simply advertised “All Phases.”
For the first three years we primarily repaired other builders’ work. Quickly learning from others’ mistakes, we discovered which materials and application techniques would stand up to our coastal climate. It seemed that we had stumbled upon the teacher’s edition of what had taken local builders decades of trial and error.
By 2009 word of mouth and reputable business practices had turned Vision Builders into one of the main competitive general contractors of South Lincoln County. Concentrating on crew dynamics and employee satisfaction has allowed us to pay more than our competition and yet win more bids due to productivity and reputation for quality work.
These days we average eight to ten employees from the best of the summer through the worst of the winter and still cover every facet from lot clearing to the ridge cap, in-house millwork, and hand crafted furniture. We hope to get the chance to bid on your next project, and possibly share a little of our own vision!
