Tamarac is a Deed Restricted age 55+ community consisting of 386 Ranch Style homes, divided into three Regions. The community is private, though not gated. Tamarac owns all of the infrastructure including the roads, water lines, sprinkler system, storm sewers, Clubhouse/recreational facilities, swimming pool, and other common areas. The community is managed by an elected Board of Directors consisting of 12 non-compensated members.
