We are a small 28 unit, family orientated Time Share Condominium Resort. At Sand and Surf staff and owners work together to create an atmosphere of fun friendliness and safety for everyone. Our owners enjoy coming each year seeing old friends and making new ones. All rooms have fully equipped kitchens with appliances. We have 8 Sleep 4 efficiency units that are poolside and face the ocean with small balconies for great sunrises and early morning coffee. We also have 2 Sleep 4 efficiency units that face North. Our 18 Sleep 6 Units with 1 bedroom and 1 or 2 bath provide space for families to enjoy being together.
