RRCA Accounts Management, Inc., is a full-service collection agency serving businesses along the Lincoln Highway between DeKalb, Illinois, and Clinton, Iowa. We have been successful in the collection business since 1979, offering a full range of collection services including an in-house attorney. Although medical care facilities and providers are our primary market, RRCA services utility and retail clients, all sizes of businesses, property owners, and municipalities.
Started in 1979 by its founder, the company has continued to grow and is now in its third facility located in Sterling, Illinois. Over the last 40 years, RRCA has made 2 acquisitions of other collection agencies that have allowed it entrance into the DeKalb, Illinois and Clinton, Iowa markets.
