Jessica specializes in supporting adults and children ages six and up who are experiencing nervousness, inability to focus, and feeling down to find within themselves the ability to have peace, concentrate, and feel better again.
Jessica has treated patients who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, and traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) amongst other mental health disorders. She has twenty years experience and practiced in a variety of settings including hospitals in critical care, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health. She serves on the advisory board for the Center of Brain Injury Research and Training (CBIRT) at the University of Oregon and advises in research studies such as: Prevalence of Traumatic Brain Injury Among First Responders Who Died by Suicide in the United States. Jessica is also the administrator for a thriving support group called TBI Wives that provides support to over three thousand families worldwide.
Jessica focuses on supportive listening, therapeutic communication, and medication management. She uses regular systems to measure the success of the treatment regimen and strives for patient remission and the highest quality of life for each individual.
