Fr Zenon Boczek SDS is presently the Pastor of the Parish of St. John Paul II.
Archbishop John Joseph Myers has named Rev. Zenon Boczek, SDS as the Pastor of St. John Paul II Parish. His term begins July 1, 2016. Ordained May 25, 1996 in Krakow. His first assignment was in Vacation Office in Krakow.
Fr. Zenon has been working in the United States since 1997. He was first stationed in the Salvatorian Fathers Diocese Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Merrillville, IN, as Secretary & Treasurer of the Salvatorians in the USA. In 2005 he came to the Metuchen Diocese, first as a Parochial Vicar (Flemington and East Brunswick), then in 2008, as Pastor of St. Theodore Parish, Port Murray. In 2013 he was named local Superior of the Salvatorian Mission House in Verona, NJ. He comes to us with a wealth of Administrative and Pastoral experience.
