For your convenience, P & J Tender Care has two facilities, P&J Tender Care Rock Island Center and P&J Tender Care Moline Center. Both of our centers have achieved an Illinois ExceleRate Silver Circle of Quality – this is a statewide quality recognition system to help early learning providers strive for improvement each day. The program is intended to help infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children develop intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally. Early learning professionals achieve this level of quality by always looking for ways to improve, increase their skills, and to make positive change.

The Quality Counts Rating System (QRS) assists Illinois child care programs in providing quality care for children and their families. A provider’s participation in QRS means they have gone the extra mile to help make sure children are receiving an enhanced learning and care experience.

Both centers are also Accredited by the “National Accreditation Commission”.
