NORTHERN KENTUCKY EYE CENTER
After obtaining a degree in Radiologic Technology, Dr. Schaffield returned to college. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati. She completed her graduate and clinical work at The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She worked three years in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, before beginning a solo practice in Taylor Mill, Kentucky, in 1991. Dr. Schaffield received the “Young Optometrist of the Year” award by the Kentucky Optometric Association in 1991-1992. She has received service awards from the Lions Club and the Kentucky Optometric Association. She was just honored for 25 years of service to the Kentucky Optometric Association. Northern Kentucky Eye Center has been owned and operated by Dr. Schaffield for over 24 years. Dr. Schaffield takes pride in providing the one-on-one interactions required to solve eye health and vision problems and enjoys caring for patients in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area.
