Nathalie Vallier Brodhead, Architect D.P.L.G.
Nathalie grew up in France and was schooled in Paris where she received a French baccalaureat and a French Architecture license. She studied at the Spence school for one year in New York City. She attended Architecture school at L’Ecole d’Architecture de Paris Val de Seine (Universite de Paris IV). Nathalie received her Architect D.P.L.G. government license and degree in 2000 with the jury’s award. Soon after Nathalie moved to Washington D.C where she worked for a Civil Engineer firm as a designer. Her and her husband Chris moved to New York City, there Nathalie worked for firms designing large public school projects. Nathalie now lives in Warren Connecticut with her three sons, she opened her own firm on 2012 Atelier d’Architecture L.L.C after working with local Architecture offices where she gained experience in designing residential projects in New England. Since the spring of 2019 Nathalie works with Stacy Millman Architect A.I.A on various projects in West Hartford, CT. Nathalie teaches Enrichment classes of Architecture and Design at the Warren School and Wamogo High school in Litchfield. She currently is designing a new residential project on Lake Waramaug in Washington, CT and another new residential project in the woods in Warren.
