NATCHITOCHES TAX COMMISSION
The Natchitoches TAX Commission serves as the single point of collection and disbursement of Sales and Use Tax for 7 governing jurisdictions in Natchitoches Parish, Business Occupational License Permits, Alcohol Permits, and Ad Valorem Tax (Property Tax) collection for the City of Natchitoches.
The Commission is a joint endeavor of the Natchitoches Police Jury, the Natchitoches Parish School Board, and the City of Natchitoches to provide a “One Stop Processing” service for the taxpayers doing business in Natchitoches Parish. The Commission was created to ease the steps necessary for individuals beginning or continuing a business in the Parish, as well as increasing the efficiency of the tax and license collection process.
