Integrative Psychology Associates of South Jersey
We are a group clinical psychology practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health issues for both children and adults. Each member of our doctoral level staff has over 15 years of clinical experience. We specialize in differential diagnosis and evidence-based treatment of children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, pain disorders, as well as other complex medical and mental health conditions. We approach diagnosis from an integrative perspective, considering medical, educational, family systems, cognitive and developmental history, using standardized measures of evaluation and often including collaboration with educational, vocational and medical professionals. We incorporate physical health practices, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral evidence-based approaches for both short and long-term treatment plans. We work with individuals, as well as families, using parent-training approaches to support and educate parents and family members when appropriate. We offer support and teaching group approaches to treatment as well, such as social skills training for children, adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum, as well as parent training groups for children with developmental and behavioral issues. Our diagnostic evaluations, including the ADOS-2 for autism spectrum disorders and educational testing for IEP and 504 plans. We pride ourselves on having a team-based approach as necessary, and we learn and grow with each individual who allows us to share their journey.
