Incline Terrace has 3 beautiful buildings with 6 floors in each that are built on an incline down 400 South. Because of that incline each building overlooks the one below giving our residents breathtaking views of the Salt Lake Valley. Unlike most apartments, our condominiums have on-site management 24 hours a day. This puts our resident’s mind at ease as we are here to assist you with whatever you need at any time of day.
