HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH

Household of Faith started out as a fellowship on May 23, 2003, at Kiddies Kollege, Calumet City and comprised of about 50 members who all worshiped on Sunday in our Mother church Jesus house Chicago but all of us lived in the South Suburbs of Chicago. We inaugurated the church about 3 months later but still continued as a fellowship group.
God added new members to us who were not members of JHC and after about a year, it was time to launch out as a church. We were officially sent off by our Pastor in Jesus House, Pastor Bayo Adewole and we had our first Sunday service on June 22, 2004, and God gave us an initial place of worship located at Chicago park hotel where we were for about 3 years before God relocated us to our present address at Lansing Illinois.
During the course of our ministry, God started many ministries in the church including, the choir, the Teenage church, the men’s fellowship; Wisdom group, etc. Our focus had always been on building families and having a vibrant relationship with the Lord. Presently our focus is on Discipleship and reaching out to our community.
