Families have been trusting the Hanson Brothers family to build their homes and lake homes for over 70 years.
Brothers Lyle and Dewey Hanson started Hanson Bros. Inc. in 1949 as an off-shoot of their father’s building business and built it into the longest active home building company in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Lyle’s sons, Vern and Gerald became the 3rd generation to continue the legacy, with Vern’s son Mike, joining them as the 4th generation that comprises today’s Hanson Brothers business.
Hanson Brothers have built over 500 homes and structures within the Fargo-Moorhead and Lakes area.

Outside of the family business, you will find the Hanson family enjoying Bison football, FM Area Youth Symphony, Davies Hockey, and Big Floyd Lake, including several area water ski courses that Vern Hanson created with members of his ski club.
