Since our start in 1995, Gilshar Greek Cafe has become a staple for Greek food on Long Island. A family-owned business, the name Gilshar was created by combining the middle names of both the son and daughter of owners Jay and Sheila.
For over 24 years we have been using only the finest ingredients to bring you some of your favorite Greek cuisines. We hope you come in and join our family by enjoying the food, atmosphere, and service that we take pride in.
