FORWARD VISIONS
Forward Visions, Inc. is a non-profit agency which has been delivering services to Baltimore County and City developmentally disabled citizens and their families since 1988. It was previously known as “Friends of the Retarded”.
Our goal is to help YOU and YOUR FAMILY take continuing steps down the path that lead to a better, richer quality of life.
It is the goal of FORWARD VISIONS, INC. to serve Baltimore County and Baltimore City clients and their families to providing quality residential and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities which will
Maximize each individual’s intellectual and social growth
Enable individuals to live in the community of their choice as productive, happy and successful citizens
Develop to the fullest each individual’s own unique potential, and
Provide the individual ongoing physical and emotional support and encouragement for optimal development.
