My approach to mediation is professional and respectful, which puts clients at ease during the dispute resolution process. My style is to always remain calm and focused on the process while the clients remain focused on the dispute. I find that using my sense of humor put parties at ease which empowers them to work through the process. I have significant experience in the Automotive Industry having worked in this field for 33 years. and believe that my background will be perfect for any automotive related disputes (e.g. manufacturer /dealership, vehicle finance/product claims, motor vehicle accidents, finance/credit disputes).
