EnviroControl Systems, Inc. is a commercial Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Energy Management company that serves the Dayton-Cincinnati-Columbus area. Purchased in April 2004, EnviroControl Systems operates under the direction of two generations of the Crosley family. EnviroControl Systems performs commercial new construction and building retrofit using plan and spec, design-build, and value engineering protocols.
Award-winning projects include The Steam Plant Dayton, Pins Mechanical Cincinnati, and Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati. Other outstanding projects include Alter High School Performing Arts Center, Miamisburg High School 400 Pod Renovation, AvantGarde BuildingDayton, as well as numerous locations of Chuy’s and Cooper’s Hawk restaurant.
EnviroControl Systems sponsors an ABC affiliate apprenticeship program. The four-year combination of on-the-job training with classroom instruction leads to the Ohio Journeyman card. Through its scholarship program, EnviroControl Systems makes it possible for its employee to earn recognized Journeyman status.
EnviroControl Systems is home to Associated Builders and Contractors 2017 Craft Professional of the Year, and 2019 Craft Professional of the Year finalist. Its staff includes Association of Energy Engineers Certified Energy Manager and Building Performance Institute Certified Building Analyst.
EnviroControl Systems’ designations include National Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Ohio EDGE designation, and City of Dayton Affirmation Action Compliant Company. It is an Ohio BWC Compatible Drug-Free Workplace. EnviroControl Systems, Inc. earned Associated Builders and Contractors Assured Quality Contractor designation in 2018.
In 2012, EnviroControl Systems launched Lifestyle Comfort Solutions to meet the unique needs of residential/workplace clients.
