The East Los Angeles Alcoholism Council is a state-licensed and DMV approved DUI Program. We have been serving the needs of the greater Los Angeles community for over 35 years. Our purpose is to increase, promote, and educate the public’s understanding of alcoholism, its nature, and treatment. Our goal is to provide a positive and educational impact on our participants and to encourage a life of sobriety.
