Church Of Christ - Beech Island
The Church of Christ that meets in Beech Island, SC is a family of loving believers striving to seek 1st the kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matt 6:33); and want to take the Lord’s message to all those who seek Him and desire to build their spiritual life around Him.
The conditions set forth in the Bible for becoming a Christian (Christian only) are very simple:
- HEAR the Gospel (Rom 10:17)
- BELIEVE the Gospel (Heb 11:6)
- REPENT of past sins (Acts 17:30)
- CONFESS Jesus as Lord (Matt 10:32)
- Be BAPTIZED (Acts 2:38), and
- Live FAITHFUL until death (Rev 2:10)
Our worship services consist of the following practices each week:
- Singing (Acapella): (Col 3:16)
- Praying (1 Thes 5:17)
- Preaching (2 Tim 3:16-17)
- Giving (1 Cor 16:1-2 & 2 Cor 9:7), and
- Communion (Acts 2:42 & Acts 20:7)
