Bembridge Insurance
Bembridge Insurance Agencies, Inc. was founded by Steven Bembridge June 1, 1999 with the start of his flagship office in Hertford, NC and then our Gatesville, NC office. From there in 2000, our first associate agent, Lyneth Merritt joined the team and started our Camden, NC location under Steven. In 2003 Grandy, NC opened and then our Moyock, NC location in 2004. In 2009, we opened our Edenton, NC location. Associate Agent, Gwen Pritchard joined the team and opened our Elizabeth City, NC location. Finally, in 2019 Associate Agent, Melissa Pierce opened the Virginia Beach, VA location. 7 locations later we are still growing, yet always striving to keep that small town customer service feel at all times and being a part of the local communities we reside in.
