AAAA Wrecker started in a small house in 1993 with one wrecker. It was founded by Jerry Guest in 1995. In 1998, Jerry was joined by his brother, Jack Guest as his business partner. At that time the business moved to its present location. With an outstanding work ethic, AAAA has grown to be one of the largest towing businesses in the state. Our goal for AAAA Wrecker is to serve God, take care of our families, be good citizens, and provide a valuable service to our customers.
From these humble beginnings, today, we have one of the largest (approximately 20 acres) impound yards in the state. We have installed the latest electronic surveillance equipment that provides 24/7 real time monitoring. AAAA also, has the largest inside storage facility (48 units) of which we are aware. Along with our excellent storage/impound yard, we are strategically located within minutes of the I-35/I-40 JCT, allowing for quick response times to all parts of the city/state.
In addition to our location, AAAA prides itself for the number of long term employees. AAAA operators are skilled in all aspects of towing and wreck recovery work. We view continuing education as an investment in a quality work force. Currently, every operator is certified in Traffic Incident Management (TIM). Our operators receive continuing education on safety, technique, and customer service through staging exercises that take place at this facility. We work with all state and local law enforcement and fire rescue to coordinate our efforts to provide our customers with the greatest possible care.
Today we have three 25 ton wreckers, one 50 ton wrecker, one 50 ton rotating boom, two 30 ton wreckers, one 53 foot trail-ez hydraulic trailer, two 15 ton medium wreckers, and 5 rollback wreckers. We also have a 53 foot refrigerated trailer, 2 large forklifts, a skid loader, and a pallet jack.
