Gary and Gin Dellinger, lifelong residents of the Denver Lake Norman area, were born and raised in Denver, North Carolina. They previously built The Terraces, an active adult community located just north of Denver.  This community was completed and sold out in 2007 with 125 homes.

 Gin’s parents, Lee and Marion Cherry, previously owned the land that is now 3 Cherry Way.  After their passing, Gin and Gary purchased the property thinking it would be the ideal place for a 55 Plus community.

The Dellinger’s have modeled the home amenities after what they would want in their own home.  Homes include: finished garages, humidifier systems, energy efficient appliances, rounded corners, lever door handles, walk-in showers and low maintenance brick exteriors!
