My name is Phil Hill, your local agent in Dover, Camden, Smyrna, Milford, Delaware. I have been part of State Farm for over 40 years. Born in Virginia and graduated from West Virginia State College with a Bachelor of Arts. Relocated to Delaware in 1986 as a State Farm Agent. I am married to Regina Hill, who works beside me daily. I have five children and three wonderful grandchildren who part take in the agency just as well. My agency is not a job but a part of our family, this is why we are the agency that cares.

We like to make sure you have the knowledge and understanding of insurance to protect yourself from the unexpected. We have a bilingual team member that can assist our Hispanic community with their car insurance, homeowner insurance or renters insurance and life insurance needs.
It is extremely important to me to be part of our community, I enjoy going to sport events, school plays, and award ceremony, it is just little things that I do to express my appreciation. I believe in the word ‘love thy neighbor as thyself’ Matthew 22:35-40, because they are family.
Servant of Jesus the Messiah, I’m committed to spreading the word of God all around the world and it starts right here in our community. I was one of ministers that started Bible Study and Sunday Worship Service at the James Vaughn Correctional facility in Smyrna, DE back in 1990. To give these individual the hope and joy of the Lord is my greatest joy. Everyone can fall down but can you get back up.
