We honor the traditions of the legendary alteños, the independent and adventurous people who live in the mountains of the Jalisco region of Mexico. The unique wild horse sculptures in front of our restaurant pay tribute to the bold spirit of the vaqueros, skilled riders who helped build the beautiful country of Mexico.
