Kajimachi was a small village in Hirosaki, a northern city in Japan. It was known for making swords, knives and blades. The village made katanas for the Samurai Warriors who lived in Hirosaki-Jo, a castle located in Hirosaki. This was in the 15th through 17th century Kajimachi played a big part in the Samurai Warrior history in Japan. Today, Kajimachi is an exciting restaurant in Hirosaki, Japan, where they serve amazing food and drinks.
