BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION
The Berkshire Lakes Master Association is responsible for the maintenance and beautification of the common areas including the Master Association Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Pool, Lakes, Preserves, Park Areas and Lakes.
Developed as a deed restricted community by Coast Communities Corporation, Berkshire Lakes offers a wide variety of living choices.
