ATHLETES SPORTS TRAINING
Athletes Sports Training is a family-owned business started by us, Bryan and LaRae Bost, and our three children, Austin, Blake, and Addison. We opened our doors in February of 2011. Sports have always been a huge part of our lives. Bryan played baseball for Lamar University and has coached Austin and Blake each season they have played. We felt that this community was in need of an indoor sports facility with qualified trainers in all sports. We have worked very hard to build a well-equipped, user-friendly facility for not only the athletes but the parents as well. We hope to provide a welcoming attitude and a pleasant Christian environment for all who come through our doors. And, we hope you leave here wanting more. We feel that kids should be coached in a positive manner and learn the proper skills and techniques at a young age, in order to form good habits early.
