REACH FOR INDEPENDENCE
Reach for Independence (RFI) is a private, family-owned and operated provider agency located in Fletcher, NC serving adults and minors with autism and/or intellectual disabilities. RFI provides Medicaid–funded services that include habilitative (skill training), residential, day support, employment, respite, community involvement, and networking services. All of our services have the ultimate goal of supporting greater independence for the individuals we work with. Currently, we serve six counties across WNC.
MISSION STATEMENT
Provide opportunities to enhance the quality of life, self-sufficiency, and independence to persons with intellectual and/or developmental liabilities in western North Carolina.

Support people served in developing their abilities and creativity and reaching their full potential by participating in an array of exciting and constructive activities that enhance their lives.
