East Coast Counseling, Inc is a private state-licensed facility that has been providing quality substance abuse and mental health services since 1998. We are located in Greenville, NC, and serve Pitt County as well as all surrounding counties. Located less than 3 miles from the East Carolina University campus, East Coast Counseling, Inc. has extensive experience handling a wide variety of issues. We are a member of the Pirate Club and we offer premier counseling services for East Carolina University and Pitt Community College students. We have extensive knowledge and experience working with impaired health care professionals and we provide specialized treatment options for that population.
