For close to 30 years Sheffield’s Beer and Wine Garden has been known for pioneering the Chicago craft beer movement and more recently for its authentic in-house smoked BBQ.
Swing by Sheffield’s Smoker Room Bar and check out our encased hickory smoker where we smoke everything from baby back ribs to the beef brisket! Sheffield offers many craft beers on draft, over 100 in bottles, and a huge Vintage Beer collection.
Voted one of Esquire Magazine’s “Best 100 Bars in America”, Sheffield’s features four bars and two fireplaces flanking its storied beer garden, recently ranked one of “Americas Best Beer Gardens” by Food and Wine magazine.
Sheffield’s is centrally located just a couple of blocks south of Wrigley Field at the corner of School St. and Sheffield Ave.
As we all try and navigate through this pandemic we have implemented many things to help our patrons:
We have transitioned to contactless menus via WiFi and the use of QR Codes. Our website is updated daily with drink and food options. We only accept reservations for up to 6 people per party. Table reservations are for 90 minutes for all. Please call us if you are running late. While dining with us, please practice social distancing and proper face mask etiquette while on-premises and when interacting with staff, ordering, and receiving food and beverages. Tables and contact areas are frequently sanitized throughout the bar daily.
We have no ability to store strollers and no children are allowed after 7 pm. Minors must be accompanied by a parent. Bikes, Scooters, and Skateboards are not allowed inside the business or patio. Service Dogs are only allowed to enter into the business. We have access to the handicap.
