Pampered Pets Bed & Breakfast began operation in 1993 by Joan and Harold Delahoussaye.  On January 1, 2019, they retired from the business.  Jami Hirstius became the owner and operator.  Jami is also the Vice President of Metairie Humane Shelter and has been an advocate for pet rescue and adoption for many years.
