ODS Enterprises was founded in 2000 by the late Oscar Washington Jr. and his wife, Doris Washington, who is a licensed residential and commercial contractor. Oscar was a licensed general and commercial contractor who began by learning the financial management side of the building business first. Together, they proceeded to work on the job sites with sub-contractors and suppliers to learn the daily operations of the building.
ODS remains committed to excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship. Doris continues the legacy of Oscar by leading ODS Enterprises onto a new era of prolific work in Central Arkansas. She is committed to personally overseeing the daily operations of each project and often assists clients with designing homes that meet or exceed their expectations yet are consistent with their budget requirements. ODS is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, a registered minority-owned business, and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
