Founded in 1986, Family Emergency Shelter Coalition, FESCO, is a nonprofit organization compromised of over 22 churches and community members in the Hayward, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, and Union City area.

FESCO serves homeless families and their children with an array of housing, supportive services, and links to community resources.
