All our staff members are volunteers, and many of us have had cancer in our own lives, or have been touched by loved ones that have or have had cancer.

The Freestone Cancer Support Group is a non-profit corporation and has a Federal 501(c)3 approval.

Since our beginning in September, 2012 through 2024, we have given $400,000 to local friends and neighbors from Freestone County. We also give to research through various hospitals.
