CCBSS is responsible for administering county funds to purchase services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Cooper County. CCBSS employs staff to provide Targeted Case Management (TCM). TCM assists individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to identify, locate, access, coordinate and monitor services that meet the individual’s distinct needs.
