SPICER CREEK TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION
Spicer Creek Townhomes is a unique community within the Town of Grand Island, a community in the Niagara River. It consists of 54 townhomes on approximately 185 acres of land. There are two entrances from Whitehaven Rd. It is wooded and well landscaped. The Association is made up of townhome owners and governed by an elected Board of Directors.
As an owner of a townhome in Spicer Creek, you are a member of the Spicer Creek Association. The Association owns the common grounds. The Association elects members to the Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting. These Directors serve without pay, as do the members of various committees who help in the management of Spicer Creek. All homeowners and residents are encouraged to contribute to the activities within the committees.
